Thompson Veterinary Clinic was was originally based in Thompson, Michigan which is how the business received it's name. The clinic later moved to our current location which is in the southern center of the Upper Peninsula located in Manistique.
We have been open for 25+ years. Our practice mission is to provide compassionate and progressive veterinary care for our patients by embracing continuing education, lifelong learning, and community involvement. Practice philosophy is family friendly, and we strive to balance work with personal time off. Our practice offers animal chiropractic and acupuncture, along with equine services and conventional small animal veterinary services. We encourage team members to pursue areas of veterinary medicine they may be passionate about. The practice staff includes 2 full time DVMs, 1 part time DVM, an office manager, 3 Licensed Veterinary Technicians, and a strong support team.
