What you need to know about your upcoming haul in appointment
Please arrive at the clinic at your designated appointment time. Call to verify your appointment time if you are unsure. Once you arrive, if possible, please pull your horse trailer to the side of the building. Please make sure to not block any vehicles in the staff parking area as you do this. Once parked, you may come in the clinic to check in and fill out any necessary paperwork, or you can call to check in from your vehicle. Once your appointment is done, please make your way in the clinic as we get your bill ready. Please note that full payment is due at time of service.

To speed up the check in process, please click here if you are a new client to fill out our information form which will automatically be submitted to us. *We ask that you bring any paperwork on your new pet that you may have including previous vaccination records if applicable.
If you are an existing client, but have a new pet, please click here *We ask that you bring any paperwork on your new pet that you may have including previous vaccination records if applicable.
**If you are in need of an estimate please contact the office at least one week prior to your appointment. Once the estimate is complete we can send it to the email you provide. Estimates include a low and a high range. The items that are $0 on the low end are elective, however there are some items that have a range such as radiographs (x-rays), medications, etc. At the exam it will be determined how many/much are necessary.
