Farm Call Appointment
The doctor will arrive at your farm at the designated appointment time. Please note that all farm call times are estimated and a doctor or staff member will notify you if we are running late. If you are unsure of your appointment time, please call the clinic to verify. Please note that schedule times are unable to be decided until closer to the appointment due to the amount of appointments in our farm call schedule. All animals being seen at your visit must be scheduled prior to the day of service. Due to the amount of appointments scheduled that day, we may not be able to provide care for additional patients added upon arrival. Please ensure any large animals being seen are caught, stalled or contained before the doctor arrives. During your appointment, all services you requested will be completed. The doctor will provide you with a billing receipt, which will contain all services done including a Farm Call charge ($84) and an Exam charge ($32). Please note that full payment is due at time of service. If you are paying with card, please provide your card information for the doctor.

**If you are in need of an estimate please contact the office at least one week prior to the procedure. Once the estimate is complete we can send it to the email you provide. Estimates include a low and a high range. The items that are $0 on the low end are elective, however there are some items that have a range such as radiographs (x-rays), medications, etc. At the exam it will be determined how many/much are necessary.
