What you need to know about your dropoff appointment
Please arrive at the clinic at your designated appointment time which is between 8:10am - 8:30am - Call to verify drop of time if you are unsure. Once you arrive, if possible, please leave your pet in your vehicle and check in at the front reception area to fill out any necessary paperwork. Once directed, bring your pet in the clinic and wait in our lobby for one of our technicians to call you in a room to go over your pet's appointment. After we have been able to examinate your pet, a doctor will call and go over their appointment findings. Your pet will be discharged accordingly. To pickup, please check in at the front desk as we may have your bill ready for payment. Please note that full payment is due at time of service.

A stool sample is recommended to check for intestinal parasites not visible to the naked eye. If you bring a fecal to your appointment, the cost is $36. We need approximately 1 teaspoon of the specimen; it must be fresh, not frozen, and collected within 24 hours of the sample being checked. We recommend this be done once per year.
**Note that a fecal exam is optionial and not mandatory for your appointment.
**If you are in need of an estimate please contact the office at least one week prior to the procedure. Once the estimate is complete we can send it to the email you provide. Estimates include a low and a high range. The items that are $0 on the low end are elective, however there are some items that have a range such as radiographs (x-rays), medications, etc. At the exam it will be determined how many/much are necessary.
Per our new policy implemented in 2021, we ask that you please read about our no show and late policy. NO SHOW & LATE POLICY
